Llano del Camello is an area undergoing rapid expansion. The new Gran Manzana shopping center is located in the immediate vicinity and is in its final stages of construction. It will have several floors, cinemas, a 1,200 m² supermarket, leisure and dining areas, and a parking lot for more than 1,000 cars with 50 charging stations for electric cars.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of services such as restaurants, franchise businesses, supermarkets, furniture stores, Ikea, dog parks, public and private schools, and several municipal sports facilities.
The location allows quick access to the motorway in the south and convenient connections to Las Chafiras, Golf del Sur, and the island's main tourist destinations such as Playa de las Américas, Los Cristianos, and Costa Adeje.

Community fees of €92 per month + €102 special assessment, which expires at the end of 2026.
